Static Electricity Bell

Static electricity produced by rubbing a balloon against our hair moves the clipper between the two cans and acts as a bell. and produces the sound.

Things you might need:
Two used aluminum cans, Two used plastic cans (like Danon Yogart ), One measuring scale, Thread, paper clip, inflated balloon.
